Mausambi cake

Take the curd and baking soda in a bowl,stir well and make it smooth.

Sieve the flour 2-3 times and keep aside. Add jaggery powder and Malai to the Curd mixture and mix well.

Add Oil and vanilla extract and mix well.

Add the mausambi zest and mausambi juice and mix well.

Add the flour,salt and baking powder into it and make a smooth batter.

Grease a pan and bake it in a preheated oven for 30-40 minutes at 180 degree centrigrade.

You can eat this moist cake without icing or decorate this with whipping cream.
