Soak the barley at night. And in the morrnings cook it in the cooker for just 2 vesseles

Then after cooked remove from it and wash it from cool water

After removing all the water from the cooker. Take another pan add oil,after heated the oil add,musterd seeds,cuminseeds, kadipatha,onions, then stir it well and then add all chopped vegetables and again stir it well,add ginger paste, chilli powder, salt,and then lastly add cooked barley and mix it well along with ground nut powder(optional).it is ready to serve
