Ingredients

  • 3eggs
  • as required water
  • To tastesalt
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tspturmeric
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • 1/4 tspmustard seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the eggs, remove the peel and cut into small or big pieces according to choice. Marinate the eggs with salt, red chilli powder, turmeric and keep aside.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a kadai and add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and aloo them to crackle. Then add the ginger garlic paste and saute for few seconds. Now add the marinated eggs in the oil and saute for few seconds. The oil will turn frothy after adding the eggs and will return to normal after turning off the stove.
