1 bowlsooji
1 bowlmaida/All-purpose flour
As neededwater
As neededoil
1 tspCardamom powder

Take a big bowl then mix maida,suji sugar and water.

Now beat with big spoon until smooth batter ready,take rest 2 hours.after then mix well with spoon.

Heat oil in frying pan,put batter with service spoon.fry it on medium flame.

Remove extra oil, serve it.
