Ingredients

  • 4 (15 oz)cans Bush beans in chili sauce
  • 2 (15 oz)cans of petit diced tomatoes
  • 2 lbsground beef or ground turkey, browned and drained
  • 1medium onion
  • 2-3garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbspchili powder
  • 1/2 tspcayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 2 tspcumin
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 (7 oz)can diced green chilis

Steps

  1. 1

    Put all ingredients into soup pot, mix, and cook on high until bubbling, reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour, or

  2. 2

    You can mix all ingredients into a slow cooker and cook on low for 10 hours (preferred) or on high for 6 hours
