Ingredients

2 serving
  • 150 gmmeat
  • masoor daal half cup
  • to tastesalt, red chili powder -
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • turmeric half tsp
  • tspwhole spice powder - quarter
  • green chili and coriander - to garnish
  • onion 1medium
  • 4-5 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil meat until tender.

  2. 2

    Take oil in wok. add onion and fry until golden brown.

  3. 3

    Add boiled meat and fry 2-3min.

  4. 4

    Add all spices except whole spice powder. Fry 5min. Add soaked(half hour) masoor daal.

  5. 5

    Cover and cook until it softens. Stir in between. Also add water gradually when required.add whole spice powder after half cooking done

  6. 6

    Once daal is softened and oil get separated,your daal gosht is done. Garnish and serve.
