Soak urad dal for 3-4 hours

Now drain water and grind in a grinder to a coarse paste

Now add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder.

Now mix wheat flour and dal mix and knead a smooth dough. And keep aside for hour.

Now heat oil in a kdai and make small balls from the dough. Now flatten the balls into small puris.

Now fry small puris in oil.

Now bedami puri is ready to serve.

For aloo masla:

Heat oil in to a pan. Ads cumin seeds, asfotida, turmeric, red chilli powder, green chillies and some salt.

Now add some water to it amd make a boil and add boil potatoes, and boil for 5 minutes

Finally add cumin powder and garam masala. And coriander leaves.

Now aloo masla is ready yo serve.
