First wash Moong Dal with water then drain all water and keep it to dry for 25 mins under a Fan.

Now take a blending jar and blend the Moong Dal (not too polish).

Then again switch on the gas place a Kadhai there and roast the dal for 3 mins and then again grind it to get a polish texture.

Now add 2 Tablespoons of ghee and add the polish dal and shallow fry it for 5 to 6 mins till fragrance will release from it. Bring it out to a plate and Switch off the flame.

Now in a blending jar add 1 Cup sugar and again that roasted Dal and grind it together. If at a once not possible then do it twice.

Turn on the gas and place a pan and add there 1 Cup Mawa fry it until ghee will separate and colour will change and fragrance will release from it. Then add Roasted sugar with Dal to the Mawa mix, add there Cardamom powder and fry it for 2 mins. Automatic the consistency should be seen. Turn off the gas.

Now take a plain tray and grease there little ghee and pour all patter to it and cool it completely in room temperature then keep it in refrigerator for an hour or so and cut as you wish and enjoy
