First fry onion golden add lehsan adrak paste.

As golden and put mutton fry until water dries.

Add masala and bhonofy put tomato in it again stirr your spoon.

Add water up to meat dip in it and keep on medium flame for half hour as the meat tenders.as water Dry again bhonofy

Add green chilli and stir spoon and your masala is ready.

2nd step stuff fry 1 thin cut onion in2tbsp oil. And lady finger b stuff fry till colour change on normal flame

As lady finger fry add in masala gosht and stir twice your spoon light so your lady finger may not break and put onion and put onion fried and give lid for 10 mints on dam your handi is ready.
