In a bowl,add sugar and butter.Beat until soft and fluffy

Add mango puree milk and vanilla essence. Mix well.

Sieve flour,baking powder and baking soda and add it to mixture.mix in only one direction

Add milk powder and mix well

Grease the baking tin with some butter and flour

Pour the mixture into the tin and bake the cake at 180°c for 30 mins in preheated oven

For icing mix sugar and water to make sugar syrup.

Take the heavy cream into a bowl.add castor sugar.

Cut the cake into 2 layers.spread some sugar syrup on lower layer.

Now spread the whipped cream and small chunks of mango.place the upper layer and cover the cake with cream.

Place the thin slices of mangoes on the top cake.The mango slices should overlap each other so that they take the shape of rose and now the cake is ready to eat.

Whip the cream until stiff peaks are formed
