Rose kesar kheer
Steps

First of all take 2 tb spoon of chilled milk add kesar into it and mix it and keep it aside for half an hour

Take a pot or pan and add milk into it and turn on the flame

Now let it cook on high flame till one boil

Now add kesar milk into the boiled milk and rose pattles,.. and turn the flame on medium and let it cook for 20-25 minute

Now add washed rice and let the rice cook until it get soften... (you can put rice with kesar and rose pattles too)

At last add sugar,, mix well and kheer is ready to serve

(Optional- you can add dryfruits too...)

Serve chilled or hot as per your choice...
