Take iron wok add oil heat it and add mutton

Fry mutton for 5 min and now add salt and g g paste and fry until brown

Now add water for tenderize the meat and slow the flame and cook for 45 minutes

When meat is tender add green chillies chopped and tomatoes cut into 4 pcs

Now cook the meat on high flame and allow the tomatoes to melt and mix with meat

Now fry the meat until all water evaporate and oil looks separate

Now add some whole green chillies and julian ginger and cover the lid for 5 minutes

Now mutton without gravy is ready serve with naan and soft drink and enjiy with your family
