Ingredients

20-30 mins
2 servings
  • Beef marination
  • 1/2 kgbeef steak
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tsplassan adrak
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspsoya sauce
  • 1 tspchilli garlic sauce
  • Vegetables (julienne cut)
  • 1tbpn butter
  • 2carrots
  • 1capsicum
  • 2boiled potatoes
  • 3-4baby corn
  • Rice
  • Boiled rice

Steps

20-30 mins
  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients together and keep a little mixed sauce for later and the keep more than half of it for the end

  2. 2

    Marinate it on the steak and keep it for 2 hours

  3. 3

    Add 1 tbsp butter in a grill butter and fry one side of the steak for 15 mins and fry the other side for 15 mins

  4. 4

    After the steak is cooked, fry a little sauce of marination in the fry pan and the sauce is ready

  5. 5

    Heat the sizzler plate, add 1 tsp butter on it. After it is heated, put the piece of steak on it, pour the sauce on the steak and serve with vegetables and rice.
