Steps

On a tawa put oil,zeera then add Onions
- 2
Once onions soften,add tomaties, ginger garlic paste and all spices except garam masala powder and qasuri methi.

Add some water,bhunen and add maghaz,bhunen and add 1/4 cup water and let it cook
- 4
Cook until it changes colour and is all ready and oil comes up.

Put garam masala powder and qasuri methi,green chillies and put the Stove off.

Garnish with ginger slices and fresh coriander.
