Soak the rice first.

Prepare the vegetables.

Take a pan add oil and whole Garam Masala slightly fry.

Add ginger garlic paste,red chilli flakes and turmeric powder and mix well.

Also add vegetables and chicken stock and cook for a while.

Now add water and soaked rice and cook until all water evaporate cover the lid and low the flame and cook until rice is done.

Enjoy the delicious vegetables Rice with Raita.
