Ingredients

2-3 people
  • 2 CupWheat flour
  • 1 1/2 cupghee
  • 1 TbspCardamom powder
  • handfulroasted and chopped dry fruits
  • 1/2 Cuproasted mawa(I used ghee residue instead of mawa)
  • 1 1/2 cupPowdered sugar
  • 1/2 CupDessicated coconut

  1. 1

    Heat 1/2cup ghee in a pan and roast the flour until it golden brown.Let it cool down then add dry fruits, cardmon powder,sugar boora, coconut & roasted mawa with some amount of ghee.Now mix properly.

  2. 2

    Apply ghee in your palms and start making ladoo.Add ghee as the requirement of binding.
