Steps

Take the oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and asafoetida. Now add onion in it and saute.

Then add ginger chilli paste, garlic paste. Now add water and buttermilk.

Now add turmeric and salt and let it boil. When water boils, slowly mix sorghum flour in it and keep stirring.

Once the flour thickens, let it cook for 5-7 minutes. Stirring in between.

Now spread on greased plate. Cut into pieces

Now take it in a serving plate and serve hot.
