Ingredients

  1. 3aloo(Potatoes)
  2. 2onion
  3. 2tomatoes
  4. 1 tspginger-garlic paste
  5. 2 tspoil
  6. 1/4 tspcumin seeds
  7. to tastesalt
  8. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  9. 1/4 tspred chilli powder

Steps

  1. 1

    In a kadhai add oil and cumin seeds.

  2. 2

    Then add onion and ginger garlic paste.

  3. 3

    Now add all spices and mix well.

  4. 4

    Add tomato and cook again.

  5. 5

    Add potatoes and mix well.

  6. 6

    Cook till potatoes cooked properly.

  7. 7

    Serve hot.
