Ingredients

  • 1 kgbhindi(ladyfinger) cut into pieces
  • 3onion sliced
  • 3 tspmustard oil
  • 1/4 tspcumin seeds
  • to tastesalt and red chilli powder
  • 1/3 tspCoriander Powder
  • 2 tspvinegar

Steps

  1. 1

    In a kadhai add oil and cumin seeds.

  2. 2

    Now add ladyfinger and cook for five minutes.

  3. 3

    Then add onions and all dry spices.

  4. 4

    Mix well.

  5. 5

    Cook it for ten minutes at medium flame.

  6. 6

    Add vinegar and mix again.sabzi is ready to serve.
