Steps

Heat oil

Fry onion for 5 minutes

Add ginger garlic paste including dhania and zeera fry for a while

Add qeema and cook

Add salt red pepper haldi and tomato mix well cook on slow flame till all ingredient mix perfectly

Cook for ten minutes with lid
- 7
Now stir for 20 minutes without using water if you feel qeema not get tender well add water and cover it when oil get separated add potatoes and stir fry well. Just add half glass of water and cover it cook till water get over add potatoes got soft when water dry stir for while when oil get separated turn of flame your easy aalo qeema is ready
