  3. 1 tbsp cumin powder
  4. 1 tbsp Black pepper
  5. 2 tbsp of Oil
  6. 1 tsp Salt
  7. 1 Diced Onion
  8. 1 tbsp Garlic powder
  9. 1 tbsp Tumeric powder
  10. 1 tbsp Ginger powder
  11. 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  12. 1 tsp dark Soy sauce
  13. 1 tsp light soy sauce
  14. 4 Buns
  15. Toppings

    Put you minced chicken breast in a bowl. Add the spices mix and let the chicken rest for at least 30 mins

    Pan fry the chicken 4 mins each side
