Sweet corn sandesh
Cooking Instructions

First to prepare top layer. Wash dal and soak for 5 hours. Drain the water and dry the dal. Heat ghee and fry the dal on low heat till lite brown. Keep it for cool.

Grind the dal and make it powder. Take sugar and 1 cup water and put on the gas. Cook it till sugar is dissolved and boiling. Add dal powder and milk powder together. Cook the mixture till it become thick.

Take khoya and crumble it. Add sugar and mix well. Put it in the microwave and heat for 1 minute. Take out from microwave and add cardamom powder and green colour. Mix properly and cook the khoya mixture for another 2 minutes in microwave. Keep for cool.

Take corn mould and apply ghee. Now put small amount of dal mixture in the mould and press lightly. Extra mixture can remove. Then put khoya mixture on it and remove extra. Now bring out the sandesh from mould carefully. This way make all the sandesh.

The twine flavour sandesh is ready.
