Dates and mixed dryfruits ladoo

Chop dates roughly then coarsely grind itni a mixer jar.

Take a kadhai, dry roast almonds, cashewnuts pistachios, melon seeds on low heat for 4 to 5 minutes. Then remove it and keep aside.

In the same kadhai add dates, roast for 3 to 4 minutes.

Add roasted mixed nuts, then add ghee.

Switch off the heat and mix it all well.

Once cool down mix again. A dough will be formed. Then start making ladoo by dividing it into equal proportion and size.

Can be kept in air tight container for longer period of time.
