Mutton leg steam roast

Take grinder, add all ingredients and make a smooth paste.

Showing as in picture.

Take mutton lag and place deep cuts in it with the help of sharp knife.

Merinate leg and leave it for 30 minutes.

Now cover with foil paper.

Then cover with cling wrap properly.

Take a big pot, add water and boil on high flame until simmer. Add mutton leg, cover with led and cook for 4 hours on medium high heat.

After 4 hours take it out from pot.

Uncover and enjoy.

Mutton leg steam roast is ready to serve. Serve hot with raita and Naan.
