Ingredients

25-30 minutes
4-5 persons
  1. 1/2 kgbeef qeema (ground beef)
  2. to tastesalt
  3. 1 tspred chili powder, or to taste
  4. 1 tbspcoriander seeds, slightly pounded
  5. 1 tspzeera
  6. 3eggs: 1 for binding and 2 to make scrambled eggs & add in qeema
  7. 1large onion, finely chopped
  8. 2large tomatoes, finely chopped
  9. 1-1/2 tbspginger and garlic paste
  10. 2 tbspbesan
  11. 1/2 bunchgreen coriander, finely chopped
  12. 3 to 4green chilis, chopped
  13. 1extra tomato, sliced lengthwise
  14. 2 tbspanaar daana, slightly pounded

Cooking Instructions

25-30 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix all the dry spices with the qeema. Add tomatoes, onion, ginger-garlic paste, and mix well.

    Add egg and besan and scrambled egg and mix well. Take some qeema in your hand and press a slice of tomato on it. Put the tomato slice side down in the frying pan and shallow fry till done. Do not over fry as it will dry the kabab.

    Serve with naan or garlic herbed rice.
