Healthy Aloe Vera Juice

Take aloe Vera leaf and put is aside for 30-40 mins in reverse direction so that it’s oil or gel gets out.

Now cut it into the small pieces and remove the white gel out of it.

Take it into the bowl and then put it in the mixer to grind.

Now add honey, lemon juice and salt.

Finally add water and mix it well.

Drink it in the morning or evening empty stomach.
- 7
Good for health.
