Kakara pitha

A very famous sweet dish of Odisa. This is also offered to Lord Jaganath as a Prasad. This can be made with suji or wheat flour, with coconut stuffing. It can be made with gur or sugar. I have used gur. Also a pinch of camphor is used in the original recipe, but I have not used it as it was not available. I think this can be a best sweet dish this janmastami.
