In a bowl, combine the chicken with salt, chili powder, ginger-garlic paste, egg, cornstarch, all-purpose flour, and lemon juice. Mix well and let it marinate for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, heat oil in a deep pan and fry the chicken pieces until golden and cooked through.

In another pan, add a little oil and sauté the curry leaves. Add the chopped garlic and green chilies, and stir lightly.

Add chili sauce, tomato ketchup, soy sauce, salt, chili powder, and coriander powder. Mix well.

Add the fried chicken to the pan and toss to coat evenly with the sauce and spices.

Add a pinch of red food coloring, garam masala, and a little lemon juice. Mix well. Finally, add chopped cilantro and mix again.
