Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1/2 cupcoriander seeds
  • 1/4 cupdry coconut (grated)
  • 1/4 cupsugar powder (misri)
  • 10almonds chopped
  • 10cashews chopped
  • 1 tbspraisins
  • 2 tspdry ginger powder/saunth
  • 1 tsppoppy seeds
  • 1 tspmuskmelon seed
  • 1/2 tspajwain
  • Few dry fruits, dry rose petals ve Tulsi leaves as garnish
  • 2-3 tspghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Dry roast the coriander seeds, ajwain. Allow it to cool. Grind it to a fine powder. Dry roast coconut and poppy seeds. Dry roast the muskmelon seed too. Keep it aside.

  2. 2

    Heat ghee roast almonds, cashews and raisins.

  3. 3

    Heat ghee again, add the coriander mixture powder, dry fruits, saunth powder, coconut mixture and muskmelon seed. Mix all ingredients well. Add sugar powder and mix well.

  4. 4

    Remove in a serving plate. Garnish with dry rose petals, dry fruits and Tulsi leaves.
