Ingredients

  • 500 gmKarela
  • 1Onion sliced
  • 1Garlic chopped
  • 1 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Kalonji
  • to tasteSalt
  • as requiredRefine oil or Mustard oil
  • 1Whole Red chilli

Steps

  1. 1

    Chopped the Karela and onion finely and mix with turmeric powder, red chilli powder, Coriander powder all half teaspoon with salt.

  2. 2

    Now take a pan and put some mustard oil or refine oil as per your requirement and taste and put Kalonji and one whole Red chilli in it. Once the oil gets heated put the chopped garlic in it and stir it until brown.

  3. 3

    Now once the garlic turns reddish brown put the Karela mixture into it and fry it until it becomes crispy. Once it turns reddish-brown take it out of pan and serve it with Rice.
