Vanilla heart cookies

Take one bowl and add clarified butter(ghee)in it and sugar now mix it well.now add vanilla essence to it and again mix it well.

Now,add baking powder and all-purpose flour and lightly mix it.It will look like crumbled.

Now divide the batter in the two part in ratio 2:1.

Add milk in each portion to bind it.In the larger portion add red food color.

Roll out the red dough to a thickness of 1/2 cm and cut hearts using the cutter.

Now put one heart on the top of other with the help of a light layer of water in between. Freeze this for 30 minutes.

Remove from the freezer and wrap with the white dough around the heart.roll it until all crakes removes.

Now, wrap this roll-on butter paper and again freeze it for 30 minutes.

Now remove from the freezer and cut into slices of 1/2 cm thickness.

Now pre heat the pan for 5-7 minutes.after that add this cookies in the pan.cook it for 30 minutes on low flame and cover it.

Cook it only till you get the slightly golden colour on the edges.
