To make the meatballs:
Preheat the oven to 180 oC and line a baking sheet with either parchment paper or tinfoil
In a large bowl combine all the kofta ingredients
Shape into 12 koftas and place on the baking sheet
Bake in the centre of the oven for 20 minutes - 2
To make the sauce:
Place the olive oil in a large pan over a medium heat
Add in the garlic, garam masala, turmeric and chilli flakes
Cook for a couple of minute
Stir in the onions and peppers and saute for 5 minutes
Pour in the chicken stock and chopped tomatoes
Bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes
Stir in the dairy free cream, chicken koftas and season to taste
Divide between four bowls and serve with rice
