Ingredients

  • 250 gmpaneer
  • 2onion chopped
  • 2tomatoes chopped
  • 3 tspoil
  • 1/4 tspcumin seeds
  • to tastesalt and red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tspblack pepper Powder
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder

Steps

  1. 1

    In a kadhai add oil and cumin seeds.

  2. 2

    Then add onion and saute for five minutes.

  3. 3

    Add all spices and mix it.

  4. 4

    Now add tomatoes and mix again.

  5. 5

    Add crumbled paneer and mix again.cook it for five minutes at medium flame.

  6. 6

    Bhurji is ready to serve.
