Ingredients

2 1/2 cupsdried chili (Soaked)
7 clovesgarlic
4tbps olive oil
1 1/2 tspcumin seeds
1 tspcoriander seeds
1 tspcaraway seeds
1 1/2 tspsea salt

Blend the soaked (1 hour) dried chilies in a food processor. Blend until even consistency.

Add preroasted spices. And olive oil with salt to mixture and blend again.

Keep refrigerated and use sparingly
