  • 1and a half a cup of mozzarella cheese
  • 1 1/4 cupalmond flour
  • 1 teaspoonpsyllium husk powder
  • 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 1egg
  • 4 ouncecream cheese
  • 1/2 cupdice kosher salami
  • 1/2 cupsweet peppers
  • 1/4 cupDiced green onion
  • 1 teaspoonGarlic powder
  • 1 teaspoonthyme
  • 4 ouncebarbecue sauce

Steps

26 minutes
  1. 1

    Melt the mozzarella cheese in the microwave for two minutes

  2. 2

    Mix Almond flour psyllium husk baking powder the thyme salt Add the beaten eggs to it then add to the melt cheese make a dough

    Roll the dough over paper parchment spread the cream cheese then bbq sauce the meat and vegetables

    Roll it like log refrigerate for half hour then slice 2 inch thick spread over paper parchment

    Cook at 350 f for 20 minutes enjoy 😉
