Ingredients

Approx 1/2 an hour
4 person
  1. 2large potatoes(boiled)
  2. 1 bowlfinely chopped capsicum
  3. 1 bowlfinely chopped cabbage
  4. 1 bowlpeas (boiled)
  5. 4green chillies (make a paste)
  6. 1 bowlsweet corn (boiled)
  7. 3onion (Finely chopped)
  8. Masala
  9. 1 tspOregano
  10. 1 tspChilli flakes
  11. To tasteSalt
  12. 1 tspChat masala
  13. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  14. 2 tspPav bhaji masala
  15. 3 tspgreen coriander leaves (chopped)
  16. For batter
  17. as neededOil
  18. 1 cupBesan(Gram flour)
  19. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  20. to tasteSalt
  21. 1/2 tspturmeric powder/ haldi
  22. 1 tspGinger paste
  23. 1 tspGreen chillies paste
  24. 2 tspGreen chutney
  25. 2 tspTamarind chutney
  26. 4Ladi pav
  27. 2 cheese cubes
  28. 2 tspbutter

Steps

Approx 1/2 an hour
  1. 1

    First take boiled potatoes and great in a grated.

  2. 2

    Now add finally chopped capsicum, cabbage, boiled peas, boiled corn, finally Chopped onion,green chillies paste, and mix all of them

  3. 3

    Now add oregano, chill flakes, salt according to taste, 1 tsp chaat masala, 1 tablespoon pav bhaji masala, pinch of red chilli powder and finally chopped green coriander leaves and mix all in mashed potato mixture.

    Now make round small round ball of this mixture and set aside

  5. 5

    Next we have to prepare better.

  6. 6

    In a large bowl take gram flour mix salt, red chilli powder pinch of soda 1 tsp oil, green chilli paste, ginger paste, pinch of haldi powder and make a better with water. constancy like easily pouring.

    Now in a large kadhai or frying pan take some oil for frying and place on gas in medium heat

  8. 8

    Now take one round potatoes mixture ball dip in besan paste and deep frying in medium flame when the vada get light golden take in absorbent paper.

    Now take one paav divide into two pieces

  10. 10

    On one side put some green chutney and other side of paav put some sweet tamarind chutney

  11. 11

    Now place fried vada in middle sprinkle some chaat masala some grated cheese

  12. 12

    Now on a non-stick fry pan (tawa)put some butter place vada paav on in it and slightly sauté

  13. 13

    Serve hot with green chutney or tamarind chutney
