First take boiled potatoes and great in a grated.

Now add finally chopped capsicum, cabbage, boiled peas, boiled corn, finally Chopped onion,green chillies paste, and mix all of them

Now add oregano, chill flakes, salt according to taste, 1 tsp chaat masala, 1 tablespoon pav bhaji masala, pinch of red chilli powder and finally chopped green coriander leaves and mix all in mashed potato mixture.

In a large bowl take gram flour mix salt, red chilli powder pinch of soda 1 tsp oil, green chilli paste, ginger paste, pinch of haldi powder and make a better with water. constancy like easily pouring.

Now in a large kadhai or frying pan take some oil for frying and place on gas in medium heat

Now take one round potatoes mixture ball dip in besan paste and deep frying in medium flame when the vada get light golden take in absorbent paper.

Now take one paav divide into two pieces

On one side put some green chutney and other side of paav put some sweet tamarind chutney

Now place fried vada in middle sprinkle some chaat masala some grated cheese

Now on a non-stick fry pan (tawa)put some butter place vada paav on in it and slightly sauté

Serve hot with green chutney or tamarind chutney
