Heat mustard oil in a pan,add cumin seeds, Mustard seeds,fennel seeds,asfoetida in it, saute one minute.

Add ginger green chilli paste and saute.

Add tomato puree and mix well.cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add salt,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,amchoor powder,aachari masala in it mix well,cook till oil saperates.

Add potatoes mix well cook for 2 to 3minutes.

Aachari aloo is ready to serve.
- 7
Serve it with poori or parantha.
