Soak the red chillies in hot water for 10-15 mins and deseed them. Peel the garlic cloves. Add the cloves and soaked red chillies in grinder jar and grind to a smooth paste.

Take a wok, add ghee and crackle the cumin seeds. Add the ready paste to it and cook it for 5-5 mins until raw smell goes off.

Once the paste start to leave sides of the wok, add salt and dry mango powder. Mix well and cook further 2-3 mins. Very easy spicy and tasty lahsun ki chutney is ready to go well with roti, daal baati and rice.
