Take fresh bread.

Roll it with a roller.

Cut the corners.

At one side put a tsp of mawa.

Roll it with your hand.

Prepare all rolls like this.

Now prepare thick rabri malai from milk.

Boil it nicely till it get thickened up and quantity is reduced.

Add sugar and mix it nicely, rabri malai is done.

Pour a ladle full rabri malai over your rolls.

Garnish with chopped nuts.
