This might seem like an odd combination, but when these flavors come together it really pops. This was a simple yet delectable meal.
Steps

Remove bones from fish. Mix bread crumbs and corn meal.

Dip fish in crumbs then egg then crumbs again
- 3
Fry in oil over med heat until golden brown.
- 4
Lay chorizo over fillets. Top with a dallop of crab dip.
- 5
Place on an oven proof stoneware plate. Bake at 425 for 5 minutes. Remove and garnish with lemon. Serve immediately
