Take Soya chunks in a bowl, add hot water and some salt. Soak for 15 minutes. Soya chunks should be soften. Remove from the water and squeeze it completely.

Now add Kashmiri red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, black pepper, salt and mix them well. Now add corn flour, All-purpose flour and mix them well. Coat it properly. Keep it aside.

Now Heat some oil. Put the coated chunks one by one in the oil. Stir it, fry them until they get golden brown. Now take out form the oil and garnish with some chopped coriander and serve them hot with the sauce.
