Ingredients

  • 300 gchicken
  • as neededpotato starch
  • Marinade:
  • 1 stalklemongrass, trimmed and finely chopped
  • 6kaffir lime leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 tbspfinely grated ginger
  • 1 tbspfish sauce
  • 1 tspsugar
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 1 tspsoy sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the marinade ingredients together and put chicken slices to marinate for at least 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Coat the marinated chicken with potato starch. Then fry it over a bbq grill or simple stir fry.
