Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsphummus ready to use or homemade
  • 1cucumber
  • 2small red and yellow bell peppers, cut into thin strips
  • 1small carrot cut into thin strips
  • 1small bunch of fresh dill

Steps

  1. 1

    Using a vegetable peeler, slice the cucumber into thin pieces.
    Spread a thin layer of hummus down each cucumber slice.

    On one end, place a 4-5 of bell peppers, 2 carrots & along with fresh dill.
    Roll up and serve!
