Soaked 2 Cup Rice and Split Chickpea or Black Gram 2 Cup for 5-6 hours then grind them in a Blender for making Smooth better.Add water if required for making Perfect Consistency, Afterwards in the Better add half Spoon Baking Powder,1 Spoon Cumin Seeds,1 Spoon Ajwain,Salt as per taste,1 Spoon Turmeric Powder.

After adding all the Ingredients make a smooth better mix well for 5 min.

Now Take a Kadhai or Pan Heat Oil into it and Deep fry all the DHUSKA on medium flame to the both sides.
