Fudgey and satisfying but not too unhealthy as it is made with no refined sugar or flour. It’s not a sweet cake but you can dust it with icing sugar if you find it too bitter. Also #glutenfree and #dairyfree ❤️

Fudgey and satisfying but not too unhealthy as it is made with no refined sugar or flour. It’s not a sweet cake but you can dust it with icing sugar if you find it too bitter. Also #glutenfree and #dairyfree ❤️

Add all of the wet ingredients into a bowl and microwave for 1 minute or until the chocolate has just melted into the liquids. Whisk together with a balloon whisk to combine them all.

Sift your dry ingredients into a mixing bowl and give them a good stir.

Then pour your wet into the dry and whisk together.

Pour the batter into a lined springform tin and bake for 40-50 mins at 160 C until the cake is furnish and starting to crack on the surface.

Allow to cool in the tin then turn onto a cooling rack. Finish with a dusting of cocoa powder, done! Best eaten slightly warm from the oven, ideally with ice cream!
