Gujarati khandvi is a famous Gujarati farsan made with besan. It is easy to digest and is cooked using very less oil, which again amps up the health quotient
Steps

Take the besan in a bowl,add curd, ginger-chili paste, turmeric, chilli powder and salt to taste.
mix well. - 2
Add water in batches and with a wired whisk, keep on stirring and mixing till all the lumps are dissolved and you get a smooth batter.

Start with greasing a thali and keep aside.

Pour this batter in a pan or a broad frying pan.

Switch on the stovetop and keep the flame to the lowest. Begin to stir.
cook until the mixture thickens, make sure no lumps are formed. - 6
Take a spatula of besan paste and spread immediately over the plate.

Spread some grated coconut and coriander
Allow it to cool for 10 minutes.

Roll tight making sure there are no cracks forming on khandvi.

Now for tempering, heat 2 tsp oil in a small pan, add mustard seeds, sesame seeds, green chili, curry leaves and hing.

Once the tempering splutter, pour it over the khandvi.

Gujarati khandvi is ready to serve.
