Steps

Take a bowl and put 1 cup each of wheat flour and gram flour.

Add some salt, red chilli powder, one pinch of asafoetida (heeng), and 1 tablespoon of ghee/oil.

Mix all the ingredients together and make a dough.

For making the stuffing, take some boiled potatoes and mash them and add red chilli powder, salt, green chilli and coriander.

Mix well.

Take some oil/ghee and shallow fry the potato stuffing.

Take the dough and make small balls out of it. You have to fill the stuffing in each of the balls.

Boil some water and put the balls into the water.

After they get boiled, take them out of the water and get them in some oil/ghee.

Your Stuffed Batis is ready to eat! Serve them with daal, chutney and aachar and ENJOY!
