Grind the soya granules and oats in powder form.

Mix powdered oats,soya,bread crumbs,all the veggies and spices.

Knead like a dough by adding curd to it.

Now grease your palm with oil make kebabs of your choice.

Keep them in fridge for half an hour.
- 6
Heat a non-stick tawa..brush with oil.

Shallow fry all the kebabs.
- 8
Serve with any dip,chutney or sauce.
