In a pan or karhai add oil when slightly heated add methi dana and hing add the pumpkin pcs with some water. Cover and cook till nicely softened and water dries up mash well

Add all the spices and sugar mix well

Add the mint leaves and green chillies mix well.

Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with hot pooris
