Missi Roti or Baisani Roti is a traditional Roti made with gram flour and wheat flour and it's Cooked in Tandoor.. it's a pure Punjabi village food, In Summer or in Monsoon season we usually make it.

Mix gram flour and flour add spices and kneed a hard dough with water.

Add green chili and onion and crushed Anardana. Mix it well and made a medium soft dough. Rest it for 15 minutes

Make balls (pera) of dough, flatten it and make roti in Tandoor.

When hot, grease it with butter, serve with lassi, butter, achar and chutni.
